Pregnancy Diary 2: Week 26

Hello 6 months and 3rd trimester! I am still feeling pretty great. A bit achy here and there, but nothing out of the norm. I'm starting to have to do the roll to the side and push myself out of bed move, grunting noises included, as my abs continue to disappear. My body is definitely getting the hang of this gaining weight thing. After losing a bunch in the beginning, and taking awhile to start gaining, it seems to be kicking into high gear. Within about 4 weeks between my last two midwife visits I gained almost 10 lbs! In 4 weeks! Gah! Now, for 3 weeks either my boys were sick or I was sick, and then there was vacation, so the gym happened maaaaybe 3 times. I am perfectly cool with having to gain weight to make a baby. It comes with the territory. I get that. But 10 lbs in 4 weeks is a bit much for me!

I am trying to savor being pregnant as much as I can. I have a feeling these next few months are going to fly by! Here is the 26th week baby belly!
