I am so excited to share some of the pictures from my maternity shoot a few weeks back. It was a beautiful evening at Highland Park, the boys behaved pretty well, and I LOVE the shots we got.

I was so happy that it worked out for my cousin, Megan, to be in town at the perfect time to take some maternity pictures! For being a newby in this business she does beautiful work. She is living in VA right now, but occasionally comes back home and tries to fit in photo shoots. Click here to check her out! It was much more relaxing having someone who really knew what they were doing taking the pictures, instead of handing my camera to my sister and say do your best!

Maternity photo shoot :: Jenny

I've gotta say, it's 50% weird 50% awesome seeing your younger sister pregnant for the first time. Jenny has wanted to have 100 babies since she was nearly a baby herself, so I am 100% percent thrilled for her. She is due with a little girl in just about a month, and is simply gorgeous with her beautiful belly.

I was so excited to finally get to take her maternity photo's this past week! I am mediocre at best when it comes to photography, but I find it to be very fulfilling. Especially doing pregnancy shoots! I know how much I love having pictures of my pregnancies to look back on, so I hope you like these pictures Jen!

Maternity photo shoot :: Anna

I am so excited to share some of the maternity pictures I got of my sister in law, Anna. She is due exactly one month after I am, with a little girl, and simply gorgeous (as you will see).

I wanted to try and do something a little different for her, since being in a field of flowers or standing by a tree aren't exactly her style (although she could pull off any look!) So, we ventured downtown and did something a little more urban.

I am such a beginner photographer, and had way to many out of focused pictures. Thankfully, I took like 400 pictures, so by chance I was able to get some great ones too. It was so hard to pick which ones to share, but here are some of my favorites!

I still haven't decided if having gutters in your shot is considered cool or not. But regardless, I love these pictures.

Maternity photo shoot :: 32 weeks

My sister and I went out one afternoon last week to get some pregnancy photos that were a bit more fancy than the selfie's in my bedroom mirror. The flowering trees at a local park were just gorgeous and the weather was sublime. 

She did a great job getting some good shots. People always say I am photogenic, but it is so not true. You have no idea how many shots she got of my lazy eyes or me in the middle of talking. Thanks Vally!
