Charlie George is Four!

Oh man, where do I even begin with Charlie boy! First of, how is he 4 already?!? Yes, I am very aware that I have said that about every child on every birthday so far, and I don't plan on stopping. It boggles my mind everytime.

Charlie is such an adorable, little stinker, and he can charm the pants out of you. Here is a typical Charlie conversation from a couple of weeks ago:

Charlie: "Can I pleeeeaasse have just ONE piece of dried banana?"
Me: "Yes, you can have one."
Charlie, as I'm about to hand him the ONE piece: "Actuallyyyyyy, can I pleeeeaaassse have FOUR pieces, because I'm almost four?" Said with the cutest little dimpled smiled, of course.

Charlie loves playing with his big brothers, and loves helping take care of his little one. He plays soccer with his brothers in a home school soccer group every week, and he is counting down the (many) days until he is old enough to play flag football as well. He loves wrestling, playing with trucks, and eating all the food.

He loves to help me in the kitchen making breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and he is basically an expert egg cracker.

He is goofy, smart, tough and snuggly, He thinks potty talk is the funniest thing ever, much to his mother's dismay. He's always looking to make people laugh. That is unless he's in a mood and gives everyone the death glare instead. He has perfected raising his eyebrows, and knows the best time to use it (like when he's being reprimanded). He is also so stinkin' cute I just can't handle it sometimes.

We literally had 10 minutes to take these pictures before it started raining (and Charlie subsequently started freaking out), but he did not disappoint.

Happy Birthday Charles! We all love you lots!

Henry Francis :: Eleven

Well, I never did get around to posting Henry's 10 month update (life man), so we're just going to skip right to 11!

Henry sure has accomplished a lot since month 9. He is now sitting, and army crawling everywhere. It's so adorable. He claps his hands, does "so big!", and will give high fives. He is not interested at all with walking/standing. He is such a sweet, content, smiley baby. He still doesn't want much to do with solid foods, but we're working on it.

There is this one thing about Henry I keep forgetting to write down, and I want to remember it. With all my other boys anytime I would try and sing to them while rocking/nursing them to sleep they would immediately get distracted, stop nursing, and grab at my mouth. But Henry has been different. Even when he was a newborn he would calm right down when I would sing. I just love that about him.

Now, because I missed out on posting pictures at month 10, I am going to make up for it in this post. There were just too many cute ones to choose from! Here is Henry at 11 months!
