What I wore or something like that

I thought it would be fun to start doing an occasional outfit post. I don't consider myself a fashion expert at all. Like, not even close. Most the time I feel like I am trying way to hard or just look like a total mom. Not to say looking like a mom is a bad thing. Especially since I am one. But you get what I am saying...right? Moving on.

I love reading/seeing outfit posts on the blogs I follow, and attempt to be inspired by them. But many of them wear pricey, name brand stuff. Granted, some of them have worked hard and now get paid for or are given clothes for free to blog about. Which is awesome for them. I just can't justify spending $20 on a t-shirt or $60 on jeans. I would honestly feel sick to my stomach if I ever did that.

I pretty much do all my clothes shopping at thrift stores, consignment shops or the clearance rack at Target. This may sound shocking to some, but you actually can find name brand, quality stuff shopping that way. Here is my first outfit, as an example:

Outfit Details:

Pants: Thrifted (no idea of the brands since the tag is off)

White shirt: Old Navy (clearance)

Jacket: H&M (thrifted)

Boots: Old Navy (thrifted for $5!)

Earrings: Forever 21 (ordered online during free shipping promo)
