I hope you all had a great Christmas! This year, I felt like the anticipation of Christmas was nicer than the actual day. Will was SUPER excited about it which was really fun to watch. We had a little Christmas countdown chalkboard hanging in our kitchen, and every morning he would go right in there to change the number of days til Christmas was FINALLY here. Christmas morning, as they were told, they came into our room first so we could all go downstairs together. (Mommy and daddy's present was them sleeping until 8am!) The boys had a lot of fun opening some gifts at home (which I got all video and no pictures of) before we headed over to my parents for a delish breakfast with most of my family. We had present giving and opening time there, and then spent the rest of the afternoon/evening at my aunt and uncles house with my mom's side of the family.
There were some sick family members (which is always SUCH a bummer!) and my little introverted Will was a bit overwhelmed by all the excitement and was pretty emotional all day. We were supposed to have Christmas #2 today with my dad's side of the family, but with even more people sick now we get to postpone it and enjoy more Christmas fun in a week or two!
Great Grandma Dana with all her great-grand babies!
