My focus for now will not be weight loss. My body does still need to be makin' milk for this sweet baby of mine. If anything, I will have to eat more! It will be more getting back my strength and flexibility.
Sam is still a bit young to leave in childwatch at the YMCA (in my opinion, although he technically can now), so my workout of choice for now will be good ol' Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I know I will not be able to do it 30 days straight, but my goal is to keep track of the 30 times I do it. 3 levels 10 times each.
Today was day 1. It went better then I thought it would, but I can tell am I going to feel it tomorrow! I sure wish I had the video camera out to tape Will working out with me. He was hysterical!
On another note: Sam had a bath today!
